    I will work with you for an initial 8 week period to get you started on your road to a healthier, slimmer you.

     

    In the 1st consultation I will come to you, discuss your diet and give you a tailored plan to get started on your weight loss journey.

     

    Preceding this I will send you a questionnaire and food diary to be filled in and returned to me via e-mail.

     

    Follow on fortnightly appointments will be used to weigh in and discuss your progress.

     

    Phone and e-mail support will be available* keep you motivated and supported throughout your time with me. 

     

    Distance consultations can be arranged and held on the phone or via e-mails. A set fee will be arranged prior to the initial consultation.
